"Citizens Protecting the Neches River" is a coalition of business professionals, conservationists, and various community organizations supporting the study of the Neches River as a National Wild & Scenic River Designation. Our mission is to raise support from citizens and other organizations to urge our elected representatives in the United States Congress to introduce legislation that will initiate the study for designating the Neches River a National Wild & Scenic River.
